Do I need to provide supplies?

No. Vesta brings all supplies needed to provide the highest quality clean.

How do I know I can trust Vesta?

Vesta is exclusively located in Greensboro, NC and is bonded and insured to ensure your assets are protected during your clean.  With our Happy Family Guarantee, we promise you will love our work. If you are not satisfied with your cleaning we will come back within 24 hours and re-clean the specific areas which did not meet your expectations with no additional charge.

Do I have to be home while you clean?

Only if you want to be. At the first cleaning you can choose to leave your key with us or give us a pass-code to your home so you can come home to a clean home. We can also pick the key up prior to your first clean.

What is the best way to prepare for a house cleaning?

Organizing and remover clutter tremendously helps us deliver the best clean every time we come. Cleaning up clothes, dirty dishes, and other miscellaneous objects is incredibly helpful.

Does Vesta make beds?

Absolutely! if you would like us to change linens, simply place the clean linens on the bed and we will be happy to make the bed ready for your comfort. If fresh linens are not placed on the bed, the bed will be made with the existing linens.

What are Vesta’s hours of operation?

We are open from 6AM until 6PM Monday through Saturday.

Can I provide special instructions to my house cleaners?

Absolutely, communicating your priorities with your cleaners makes it an easier and better experience for everyone!

Why does the first clean cost more than the regular cleaning?

Vesta promises to maintain a high quality performance and in order to do so, we need more time on the first cleaning to bring your home to the highest standard of clean.

Can my pet be in the home while you clean?

Absolutely, we love ALL members of the family! If your furry family members are in any way aggressive we ask you keep them outside, gated, or in a secure location to keep the Vesta team safe during the clean.

How do I pay for my cleaning?

You will receive a reminder text the day before your scheduled clean. In that reminder text will be a secure payment link where you may use credit/debit or your bank. We also accept cash, check, Zelle, or Venmo.

Do you have to visit my house to provide an estimate?

No. We are able to give you an accurate quote over the phone so you know exactly how much to pay and learn more about the services we offer.
